Hello, I’m Leanne – co-founder of Impact Growth Academy, trainer, coach, and your biggest supporter when it comes to building a brand and career that truly reflects who you are.
With a background in recruitment, headhunting, and consultancy, I’ve spent years helping people step into new opportunities. Now, through Impact Growth Academy, I get to combine that experience with my passion for confidence-building and business growth.
I believe everyone has unique talents worth shouting about – sometimes, you just need the right support (and a nudge) to see it.
Outside of work, I’m all about family, community, and making a difference wherever I can.

Hi, I’m Katie – co-founder of Impact Growth Academy, passionate business builder, coach, and someone who truly believes in the power of showing up authentically.
After years of running successful businesses and mentoring entrepreneurs, I know that confidence, clarity, and connection are the real game changers. That’s why I’m so excited to help others grow their personal brand, expand their network, and unlock their full potential.
When I'm not delivering workshops or creating training resources, you’ll usually find me living my best life in the beautiful South of Scotland, juggling business with family, ponies, and a lot of fresh air!
My mission is simple: to empower you to step into your potential, show up with confidence, and create opportunities you never thought possible.
